Fibreglass Access Ladders General Data & Specifications

 

Dura Ladders are manufactured using fibreglass pultruded profiles. This composite product offers a lightweight, chemical resistant, corrosion resistant and easily installed solution to vertical access.

 

Dura Ladders can be supplied in any specified length and width and can be designed to suit applications ranging from heavy industrial Access Ladders to Emergency Exit Ladders for marinas. A standard range of mechanical fixings can be supplied to suit the application i.e. wall or floor mounted brackets can be specified as well as the option of having a Walk-Through Assembly and/or Safety Hoop fittings.

Dura Ladder is produced using a Isophthalic resin, which is fire retardant (conforms to ASTM E84 class 1 and BS476 part 7 class 2). Orthopthalic and Vinylester resins are also available by request. All ladders and associated equipment are manufactured in dimensional accordance with both BS4211:1987 and BS5395.part 3:1985. All ladder material in manufactured in accordance to confirm to BS6920 and are suitable for use in contact with potable (drinking) water.
